  Family were in Asda cafe today around 1.30....2pm,,,Food and service was excellent ,,,served and attended to by a male and female team ,,,was a very pleasant experience thanks to ,,two very good and efficient assistants,,,,,ONLY downsize Was,,,,,Why isnt the Card machine STILL Not working as its been months since it was in proper use ,,,,We had to go to the card machine to pay for our food ,,,Such a shame ,,,as a lovely store x

  Overall shop at great bridge George desk asked a colleague for a item if it was in stock didn't make eye contact just answered not got it didn't even take me to the item or check stock room . Optical department outstanding so helpful asked a lady on the beauty section for vitamins yet again no customer service at all just replied on the back wall checkout colleague and porter made my shopping experience all I can say is need more colleague like them think I will be sticking to Oldbury Asda
